Any of you ever ride a GNCC? I have spectated at a couple but never raced one my self.....looks like fun though. I could do the industry race in the morning.

Nope all the GNCC events are out East. I was eyeballing a couple WORCS races though on my end of the coast. I really like the one they have at Lake Havasu.

ive spectated the powerline park gncc a few times, and watch all the races on TV, probly gonna enter that one next year

most of them are 2 hours, i know the amateur race is 2 hours, so u gotta just have some endurance

Gncc is normally 2 hours +1 lap i believe

thats for the quads. bikes go longer. it makes a pro mx race look like a sunday trail ride haha

I'm willing to bet that they back their pace down so that they can make it the full 2 (or 3) hours.

However no matter how you look at it, 2-3 hours is a very long race.

yep they pace their selfs for sure. but when they get out on the motocross sections of the course they go full out. fitness must be crazy good

WORCS races are 60 minutes and the pros race 60 mins on Saturday and 90 mins on Sunday. Plus they run an altered course. I think they add a few sections to the pro course.
