Dash flickering help please?

Made some suspension lowering adjustments for front forks and rear suspension by taking the back frame apart, and when at it cleaned the carb also. All back together went for a test ride, suddenly noticed dashboard lightning flickering, released throttle and the top speed kept rising on dashboard. Showed up to 195 km/h ON A DIRT BIKE :) Checked all the cables and cleaned connections. Still same problem. Does anyone have an idea what exactly could it be. Ride is 2014 beta 250 RR. Please help, thanks

I would be looking for a bad ground or possibly a pinched wire giving false signals. -BIG DAN:thumb:
