After Xmas Prospectors Report

What an awesome trip this was. The weather has been so good the past few trips and this was the best ever. This turned out to be one of the largest groups in my opinion and we had some great rides. I did not get too many pictures but I have a few to share. Weathergeek and Xquatard rigs. My boy in his new gear. Xquadtard himself with his daughter and buddy Steve.
Some stops out on the trails. A stop at Burro Schmidts Tunnel. My 2 buds and my son taking a quick shot. Some beautiful views. My boy getting a ride in on my buddy's big bike. Another ride and a water break along the ridge. And a good picture of me and my 2 buddies lined up as we were 36 years ago. Some of you have seen that picture as we all sat on our Maicos in our younger days. We have had some good times and they still continue. Life is good.

Got home late yesterday. What a great trip with everybody. Weather was as good as it could be. Other than a very sore knee, life is good. Enjoyed everybody's company. No pics from me as usual. Can't wait for the next one.

36 years ago did they carry on the same way they do today?

It is hard to remember that long ago but they have always been the Laurel and Hardy kind of people. The years have certainly caught up with all of us though.

Once my boy downloads his GoPro I should have a couple of fun vids of me going through Hobbs Wash and up and down a good hill climb by Burro's Tunnel. Stay tuned.
