97 rm 125

My rm 125 is getting to much fuel I have to have the air screw 2 3/4 or more turns carb is clean main jet is 168 pilot jet is a 50 needle is on 3 rd clip reeds look in great shape my brother said turn down the idle and raise the needle one up anyone have any ideas

Raising the needle one slot will lean the 1/4-3/4 throttle mixture.
Also drop that idle jet, with the screw set so far out, you are putting too much fuel through the idle circuit.
