07 yz250f

Yz250f 2007. Bike has always ran great and no issues. Bike sat for one day after a ride and went to start it and wouldn't start. Had to bump start it. Then while riding bike got hot and coolant came out of overflow. Bike ran great and not a hot day. Help!

Sounds like you need to clean the carburetor.
A lean condition causes a temperature increase and hard starting. -BIG DAN:thumb:
 
Even if it runs great and starts easy when warm it still might be the carb?

Depending on how lean it is, it could seem to run ok but still cause it to run hot. The cold start issue could be in the choke circuit....but cleaning the carb is a good place to start, if nothing else you'll know its not a dirty carb if it doesn't fix it.
