China dirt bike wont run on full throttle

Hello, my china dirt bike wont run on full throttle, everything is stock, carb is clean, and carb needle set to the highest position, air filter is clean, what problem coud it be???

define won't run a little better, does it act like its low on power and sluggish? or does it literally just quit running? like flipping a switch

What would help is more information. As in,
Used to run great but..
Never ran good since I had it
Didn’t run when I got it
Cleaned carb because
Ran good last time I rode it when it was in the middle of summer and now it’s 0°
..and so forth

Engine Size?
Has it ever run any different?
When you say "won't run" do you mean it stutters (backfire), bogs (loses power but comes back with release of throttle), or dies completely?
Did you clean each jet?
Did you set the needle clip at it's extreme for a reason?

My bet is we're going to replace the carburetor... They physically break.

It stutters but dont die, its 250cc loncin engine, i cleaned every hole in the carb and put everything back like it has to be, this is not my first bike but its firts 4stroke and im out off ideas how to fix that stutter at full trotthle, and when i set the needle at highest point it started to run better but still stutters

No stamp on the cases? (China) start afresh then! :puke:Rebuild it, plenty help on here and YouTube ive phucked about with s few loncin 110's but no 250's!
If you don't know the history at best second hand just rebuild or replace the motor an all ancillaries :mad:with a jap!
