What did you do to your bike today?

I have enough "stuff" to build two more big bores and I know somewhere in the "storage" I got a set of bare cases from a man who said they were off a 5 speed, but he had a complete cluster, drum and forks to turn it into a six speed. I got them because it came with a cylinder I wanted and the cylinder was cheap for a cylinder. Anyway, see what number you have to have and I may have it sitting idle one way or the other. I can ship and I keep saying I am coming down this winter.

Yeah me too.

I though you might get interested. I kept saying I would like to build the 99 just because it IS a 99 and there was so much bs about them being the first 35 hp 125.
CL ass,
only has email through for contact, said sorry man I am not busy this weekend and am in the Tustin area. I email back, you have my phone number, text or call me, Tustin is a large city. emails me back his zip code. I'm like WTF... Email him back and say, Is this a CL hoax or are you really selling the bike? Guess that pissed him off, he hasn't Bull Shitted me sense.
Why don't you give him a try for me.

Spent yesterday setting clickers on the crf. Trying to take some of the rigidity out. Took them both to the track and got the chance to a/b under the same conditions.

I have fresh engines in my '10crf250r and a '03yz250f and I like the Yamaha better.

Changing my mind. The extra money spent in the crf motor was worth it. It pulls 3rd out of corners where I'd have to down/up shift on the YZF and the EFI throttle response is fantastic. Thing guzzles the fuel though!

Flogged the YZ dirty in the desert. I think I may have killed it too. But, I'm in AZ for the week, maybe I will take the TE out for a rip around the block to stretch her legs.

Then when I get back, I'll check her pulse and see if their are vital signs.
