Finally exercising again.

I've seen the rigorous routine you and your newest team member have been putting yourselves through. Long nights in the garage, running all day long and post lunchtime naps!:thumb:
:thumb: We have been wide open and his enthusiasm and drive is outstanding. His attention to detail is 2x over mine and he can't wait to get out there a line up with the rest of the team. We are already marking off the calendar for our next assault. I'll need to get more exercising in before I line up, but it will be soon.
 
Hit back day hard in the morbing and got 2x 365lbs on deadlift yesterday on my 4th set.

Sweet bike. I have a 26er and 29er. I like my 26er better as it is all carbon and more agile. I too have not been out for over 8 months. Starting to crank it up next week.
 
First ride on the 29 went good considering I haven't ridden in about a year, despite that I was able to pedal up hills I had to carry the 26 up. Need to get out more, I need to be in better shape period and deff better shape to race AA
