Finally exercising again.

1 word......
.......YOGA....
I've been dabbling in it recently and it seems to help with my back issues....just saying.... also Yoga class does wonders for your libido...
I could defiantly use that. My flexibility is very poor. Do you go to a gym or do you do it at home?

I do it at home. I don't have time for a gym. I have amazon prime and they have a bunch of free yoga and tai chi vids that are good. Yoga seems to work well as core strengthening tool as well as a good way to stretch. Tai chi is just very relaxing and creates a nice flow.

 I do not see me ever getting into some of those positions. I would need help.

For the last 5 months i have been exercising every day. Best thing I've ever started doing.

This has been my current regime for the past 4 weeks. Need to add in a few core exercises to the mix though.

x4 30 mile cycle.

x4 2300m rows (indoor rower).

x4 5 miles runs.

For anyone considering getting fit - Just do it! it takes a fair bit of motivation to start it and even harder to keep with it, bit it so worth it.

We do circuit drills here and it's been really awesome. Set up 4 or so stations and get through them as fast as you can.

Stations can be anything from battle ropes, pull ups, situps, burpies, jump split squats, dips, shuttle sprints, etc. Set them up to get a full body workout and go through all stations 4 or more times. If you do it quick enough, it will also help cardio, but you could go on a short 2 mile run after.

It's crossfit stuff and these guys love it. They're some of the most fit people in the military conducting our PT
