Pro James Stewart suspended until August 2015

supercross just got less interesting for me.

I agree, while definitely not a fan of bubba's his absence will for sure put a dent in the entertainment aspect of each race. No more of bubba's patented flying w's, no more landing a quad on his front fender. And no more violent dismounts on the whoops at the 6 second mark(guess he wouldn't be a good bull rider dude) yeah......I'll miss him.

For me it goes a little bigger than that. I am just fine with the organization banning drugs that can give an advantage to anyone. What I am NOT FINE with is the FIM playing 'king' and treating our side of the pond like they own either of OUR series. The whole association was to keep riders from jumping series and not being able to return to one or the other in the first place, and to improve competition by having the best in the world able to compete on either side without sanctions.

The drug James Stewart wants to continue to take is banned for a cause, and I could see either side of an argument for or against it's use. He has the exemption and has spent adequate time away already, therefore it is time to let it move ahead and not bomb a whole team and series for the promoters a couple of weeks before startup. Time for the AMA to keep their own series I think.

Bummer,
Maybe he will cohost with Jeff emig (weed) and Ron lechien(every narcotic)... Those guys were also team green teens.
Coincidence?
Let's see, so was Jeff Ward and a really long list of people that are easily looked up to. And darn it if you ever met Ron Lechien in person at this stage of his life, and got to spend some actual time with him, you would be really glad you did and probably switch oils.

Well said.....guess we need to pick up our muskets, sling shots and pointy sticks, start another revolution for independence.

Yup.....as much as he wasted his opportunity in youth, he has maximized his potential in life and as a person in his later years. At least from what I've seen from some of his interviews. I'd live to talk to a guy like that......bet he's got some interesting storys.

For me it boils down to its a doctor prescribed drug, its not like they caught him slamming adderall without a sub. My question is, would they do the same to Antonio Carrioli?

And the kicker is that he now also has the correct paperwork to use this prescribed drug.

Dunno.....I'm just waiting for Jesse Jackson samuel jackson, or that Farrakhan asshole to start something, cause everybody knows that it's whitey and his supremacy ways at the center of this. But I'm with you. I mean he should have been at least warned or maybe a 1 or 2 round suspension, but what amounts to 3 full race seasons? I call BS.
