Way steep on price. I wonder if it can qualify as a green sticker? Engine should be. Very interesting though. 380 was just enough if everything with an old school shot of adrenaline.

Title/registration is done off the frame VIN.

If it's "on the record," the engine serial number must match the previous number provided. It's checked.
You can go through the process of ESN Change with another form.
If it's never been registered in CA or "off the record," the ESN can be anything under the sun.
