goggles fogging

What brand goggles do you use? I have always used Scott goggles. No matter what I did they always fogged up. No spray on solution helped. Then one day last year a freind of mine let me try his Oakley's CrowBar goggles. They were verry comfortable and they have not fogged up on me yet. I think the way the goggles fit also plays a factor on fogging up.

It's usually a matter of ventilation. When I regularly rode in the cold, I had an old goggle that I removed most of the foam from the vents so the air could flow better. Not an option if there will be dust, but it helped when the temps were below freezing or the rain.

One company even had a goggle that had a little fan in it. Don't know if they still make those anymore.

I agree........Scott Goggles Suck.....for fogging!

bought new antifog rolloffs today the hole role unraveled half way through the first lap lol had to pull in and tare it off because there was a 5meter length roll dangling from my helmet

So just for the hell of it I went out to the barn and put my helmet and goggles on. Ran around the barn to get my heart rate up and breathing heavy. My Oakley goggles did not fog up. I did it again with my Scott's. Yes they fogged up. No fog solution or anti fog lenses on either pair. Just to be fair it was only a high of 38 today.

I don't know maybe its the way the Oakley's are designed. Maybe it would be worth looking into. Instead of having bike shoot-outs lets have product shoot-outs. Goggles, neck braces, knee braces and after market bike parts. We all just about had enough of the same old bike shoot-outs. At least until they make it interesting again.
